Andrew Walkling is Operations Director of Price Forbes & Partners Ltd and has over 30 years’ insurance market experience.

Previously, he was IT and Facilities Director at Prentis Donegan which he joined in 2000. Prior to this, Andrew was Special Projects Director, AON Group Ltd., where he was responsible for the specification and introduction of ‘e’commerce trading initiatives as well as specifying IT-based applications to help aid workflow.

Before moving to AON Group Ltd., Andrew worked at Lambert Fenchurch Group Limited (formerly Fenchurch Group), initially as a Senior Technician before he was promoted to Director when his role was extended to Office Manager.

Andrew started his career at Sedgwick Marine Brokers Ltd as a Clerical Trainee, progressing to drafting slips, and finally was involved in broker back up for reinsurance and promoted to Assistant Director.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII).

                                                                      

Greg is Managing Director of the Non-Marine International team, having joined Price Forbes in September 2015. He has 20 years’ experience in the London market, working as both underwriter and broker. His experience has spanned most Non-Marine products, with specific roles focused in the Casualty and Accident & Health areas. He is responsible for the leadership and strategic growth of the division.

Having spent the previous eight years at Howden, including roles as Managing Director – Casualty and Director General Liability, he was responsible for managing & producing large accounts, while at the same time providing strategic leadership and support/management to the regional wholesale hubs, including sitting on the Wholesale Executive Committee providing strategic input to the wider wholesale division.

He has also held roles as Senior Broker at Guest Krieger Ltd, worked with Crispin Speers and WiIlis, as well as underwriting roles at Stewart Underwriting and RGB Syndicates at Lloyd’s.

Tim Savill is Head of Claims at Price Forbes & Partners, and has over 34 years’ claims experience as a broker, negotiator and manager. He is responsible for heading up the 30-strong claims team and has significant experience in; non-marine property and casualty; marine hull, P&I liabilities, energy and power, nuclear and construction claims.

Previously, Tim was Claims Manager at Gibbs Hartley Cooper and prior to that, Claims Assistant at Frizzell Bolton Hicks, where he started his career.

Richard Peers is Managing Director of the Non-Marine US team at Price Forbes & Partners.

Richard has over 25 years’ experience in marketing of complex North American liability accounts, with specialty underwriters in London, Bermuda and the USA.

Prior to the formation of Price Forbes & Partners Limited, Richard was a Board Member of Prentis Donegan & Partners, with responsibility for the Casualty team.

Previously, Richard spent 13 years at Sedgwick North America Limited, where he started his career in their claims department. He progressed to policy work; Casualty Placing, Production; and latterly was a Director of Sedgwick North America. Richard was instrumental in the creation of Sedgwick’s transportation practice.

Paul Kearns is Managing Director of the Marine, Energy & Natural Resources US team at Price Forbes & Partners and joined the company in 2006.

He has over 30 years’ marine insurance and reinsurance experience and, prior to joining Price Forbes & Partners, he was Divisional Director of Marine at Roberts Donegan Ltd. Paul began his career in 1984 at Leslie & Godwin Ltd, before moving to become an Associate Director at Bain Clarkson Ltd.

James Masterton is Chief Executive Officer of Price Forbes & Partners Ltd and has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance market.

Prior to the purchase of the business, assets and ‘Price Forbes’ brand by the management of Price Forbes & Partners Limited, James led the combined non marine groups for the merged Price Forbes Limited and Prentis Donegan & Partners Limited under the ownership of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Previously, James joined Prentis Donegan & Partners Limited in 1998 to help develop and subsequently lead its non-marine group.

James started his career in 1983 in London at Sedgwick, joining as a broker of property programmes for North American corporations, placing business into Lloyd’s and European markets and became a Director of Sedgwick North America Limited before moving to Prentis Donegan.

Stephen joined the business in August 2016. He has held similar roles with Howden, Cooper Gay, Lockton and Marsh.

Stephen is a member of the Senior Management team, and has overall management responsibility for both the Corporate and Divisional operations teams ensuring that the Company’s operational strategy supports our ambitious growth plans.

Stephen has significant experience in managing teams, driving growth in the medium to long term, generating efficiency in a business and devising clear growth strategy.

Stephen joined the business in August 2016. He has held similar roles with Howden, Cooper Gay, Lockton and Marsh.

Stephen is a member of the Senior Management team, and has overall management responsibility for both the Corporate and Divisional operations teams ensuring that the Company’s operational strategy supports our ambitious growth plans.

Barnabas Hurst-Bannister joined Price Forbes & Partners Ltd in 2011 as Non-Executive Director. He is also a Non-Executive Director at Talbot Underwriting, XIS and XCS (parts of Xchanging), Torus Insurance and The Standard Club.

Previously he was the chairman of Travelers Syndicate Management Limited (2002-2011), the London Market Group (2009-2011) and the Lloyd’s Market Association (2010-2012), in addition to sitting on the Council of Lloyd’s (2009-2012).

Barnabas Hurst-Bannister commenced his insurance career in Lloyd’s in 1975, initially as a broker, then spent twenty years underwriting a wide range of Marine and Non-Marine classes, before becoming chairman of a managing agency, from which he retired in 2011.

He has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and president of the Insurance Institute of London.

                               

David Baxter is the Chairman of the Marine, Energy & Natural Resources team at Price Forbes & Partners Ltd, and he joined the company in September 2009. He has over 40 years’ experience in insurance.

Prior to joining Price Forbes & Partners, David was head of the energy practice at HSBC Insurance Brokers. In 1989 David joined Heaths as a Divisional Director of Heath Oil and Gas Limited and in 1996 he became Joint Managing Director of the team.

From 1983 – 1989 David worked for Sedgwick Offshore Resources where he was a member of the technical client team involved in handling, broking and servicing oil and gas clients worldwide and later became Director of the 10-strong technical team.

David began his career in 1970 at C.E. Heath and Co, working within the technical and broking areas both in London and regionally.

David is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) and was awarded the CII EA Kingsmill Prize for Marine Underwriting and Claims in 1974.
