Mark Tetley, Managing Director, Marine, Energy & Natural Resources International Division, recently spoke at the International Nuclear Law Association (INLA) Nuclear Inter Jura 2016 Conference in New Delhi, India – this conference creates an excellent platform for members of the legal fraternity from across the globe to interact and share views on key contemporary developments in the nuclear legal field. Mark’s talk was on Nuclear Transport Liability & Insurance, which formed part of the five-day conference.
Mark also gave a talk on “Potential Challenges to cover Deep Geological Repositories (DGRs)” at the 1st Workshop on Deep Geological Repository and Nuclear Liability, which was held in Paris in November by the Nuclear Energy Agency.
